Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. Our goal is to make returns straightforward and fair for our wholesale partners. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1) How to Qualify for a Return

  • Items should be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

2) Non-returnable / Limited-return Items

  • Perishables (e.g., vegetables): not returnable unless damage or poor quality is reported on the day of receipt.

  • For the best experience, please inspect perishables on delivery day; same-day notice helps us keep everything fresh and fair.

4) How to Start a Return or Exchange

    Have your order details handy and let us know whether you prefer in-store drop-off or pickup.

5) Return Methods & Pickup

  • In-Store Drop-Off: You’re always welcome to bring items back to our store.

  • Driver Pickup: We can often arrange pickup as early as the next business day, depending on your location and our route schedule (e.g., Truro – only Thursdays; Valley – only Wednesdays). Please call to arrange or confirm a pickup time.

6) Inspection, Approval, Refunds and Exchanges

  • We’ll inspect your items and send you a quick email update.

  • If approved, we’ll process your refund or set up an exchange right away.

  • If there’s a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we’ll refund the entire case or exchange it for a new one at no cost to you.

  • Partial refunds may apply if an item isn’t in its original condition or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • We may decline a refund for items that are not defective when no mistake was made on our part. If you’re unsure, please reach out - our team is happy to talk it through.

7) Refund timing & method

  • Credit card / original payment method: Refund is processed the same day it’s approved; banks typically post within 2–3 business days.

  • Cash or check payments: We’ll credit your account with us, and the amount will be automatically deducted from your next invoice.
